Returns Policy

At Fusionise Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, you will find the details of our Returns Policy, including the steps to follow if you need to return your goods. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

Unwanted Items

Our products are not sold on a trial basis, and we encourage you to verify the specifications and suitability of a product before ordering. However, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you need to return unwanted items, please note the following requirements:

  1. Contact Us First:
    Contact our Customer Service team by email (info@fusionise.co.uk) before returning any items. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
  2. Return Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, complete with all accessories and in their original packaging.
    • Items can only be inspected in the same way as they would be in a physical store. All seals, vacuum packaging, and dustproof packaging must remain intact.
    • Items must be undamaged and packaged suitably for return.
  3. Deductions:
    • If the returned items fail to meet the above criteria, deductions of up to 100% of the refund amount may be applied.
  4. Return Costs:
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 14 business days.

Note: We cannot accept returns of sealed items if they have been unsealed after delivery, unless a fault is discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the product.

Defective or Quality-Issue Items

If you encounter a defect or quality issue with a product you’ve purchased, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues as quickly as possible.

Resolution Options:

  • We will first attempt to understand and resolve the issue remotely (via email or phone).
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and is determined to be product-related (not user error), we will arrange for a courier collection at no cost to you.
  • Depending on the situation, we will issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important:

  • This policy applies to defective items or items where the quality does not meet the manufacturer’s intended standards.
  • It does not apply to items that are unsuitable for your specific needs if you did not inform us of your intended use prior to purchase.

Do Not Return Faulty Items Without Authorization:

  • Please contact us before sending any faulty products back. Unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing.
