At Fusionise Ltd, we make every effort to provide clear and accurate descriptions of the products listed on our website and in any promotional material. However, Fusionise Ltd does not accept liability for inadvertent errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions. Customers are encouraged to contact us if they have any questions or need clarification about a product before making a purchase.

The following terms may appear on our website to ensure transparency regarding product origins and manufacturing:

  1. Use of the Word “Original”

  1. Use of the Words “Fusionise Brand” or “Fusionise Version”

The terms “Fusionise Brand” or “Fusionise Version” in a product description or elsewhere in the web shop signify that the product has been manufactured by a trusted third-party supplier on behalf of Fusionise Ltd. These items are designed to meet high-quality standards and provide a reliable, cost-effective alternative to OEM products.

By purchasing from Fusionise Ltd, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the product descriptions, including the distinctions outlined above. Please contact our customer support team for any further inquiries.

Terms and Conditions

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to place an order with Fusionise.co.uk. By purchasing products through our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Fusionise Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by individuals who do not meet this age restriction or fail to provide proof of age upon request.

Returns

This section should be read in conjunction with our full Returns Policy.

Fusionise Ltd is committed to complying with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide several safeguards and entitlements for consumers.

  • Fourteen-Day Cooling-Off Period

As a consumer, you are entitled to a fourteen-day ‘cooling-off period’, during which you may return your purchase for any reason* within fourteen days of receiving the goods. You will be refunded the price you paid, excluding any additional charges for expedited shipping.

This safeguard applies only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned in full saleable condition.
  • If the product has been handled more than necessary, Fusionise Ltd reserves the right to apply a deduction to the refund. The extent of acceptable handling is equivalent to what would be permissible when examining the item in a physical store.

Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Exclusions
  1. The fourteen-day cooling-off period applies only to B2C (business-to-consumer) clients. B2B (business-to-business) clients are not entitled to this cooling-off period under The Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  2. Custom or special-order items (“Specials”) are non-returnable once accepted by you as such.
  • Returns Beyond the Cooling-Off Period

Requests to return items outside the fourteen-day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fusionise Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Decline to accept such returns.
  • Levy a re-stocking fee, where applicable. Please note that refunds will only be issued for returns items once the good have been received in our warehouse.

Guarantee

Fusionise Ltd is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the guarantees applicable to our various product lines:

  • Original (OEM) Products

If you have purchased a faulty original or OEM product from Fusionise Ltd, please contact the manufacturer directly for instructions. Many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) require end-users to initiate returns, or warranty claims directly with them. However, if the OEM suggests otherwise, Fusionise Ltd will honour the guarantee accordingly.

  • Warranty Period: Each product has its own warranty period. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty details.
  • Fusionise Brand Products

For Fusionise brand or compatible products, we provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your Fusionise brand product is faulty:

  1. Contact us directly to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any goods.
  2. Ensure the following conditions are met:

    • The faulty product must be returned to us within 5 working days of receiving the RMA number.
    • The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • A completed guarantee form must accompany the return, clearly displaying your name, address, telephone number, and RMA number.
    • A copy of the delivery note, or invoice must also be included.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any issues that may arise during shipment, such as damage, loss, or delays.
  • Unbranded Products

Fusionise Ltd does not provide any guarantee or warranty for unbranded products. If product(s) purchased from Fusionise Ltd need to be returned for any reason, the following terms and conditions will apply:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Fusionise Ltd customer service. An RMA number must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

  • Supporting Documentation

  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice number
  • Order number (if available)
  • Customer ID (if known)
  • Full name and phone number

This information is essential to expedite the return process and allows us to contact you if further details are required.

Return Process

Before a refund or replacement can be issued, the returned items must be received by Fusionise Ltd. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Ensure the product is returned in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  2. Retain shipping details, including tracking numbers, until your refund has been processed or a replacement has been delivered.
  3. Fusionise Ltd cannot be held liable for lost packages without a valid tracking number or proper shipping documentation.

If it is determined that the product failure was not due to a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return is unrelated to product failure, Fusionise Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Charge the customer for parts and labour at the prevailing rate.
  • Charge a 20% restocking fee.

Customers will be informed in advance of any such charges before proceeding.

Important Return Guidelines

  • If no order number, invoice number, delivery note, or RMA number is provided, processing the return will be delayed.
  • If you do not specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement, a replacement will be issued by default.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be granted if more than 20% of the product has been used.

Thank you for understanding and adhering to these policies, which help us ensure a fair and efficient resolution for all parties. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.

Stock Availability

We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience by clearly indicating product availability on our website. Here’s what our stock statuses mean:

  • ‘In Stock’

When a product is listed as ‘In Stock’, it is available in our warehouse and ready for dispatch.

  • If you place and pay for your order, your goods will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • If you choose to pay on account, your order will be dispatched as soon as your credit is approved.
  • ‘7-10-Day Delivery’ or ’14 Day Delivery’

When a product is listed as ‘7-10-day delivery’ or ’14 day delivery’, it means the item is not currently in our local warehouse. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The product is stocked in one of our external warehouses.
  2. We are awaiting a new shipment.
  3. The last unit was recently sold.

You can still place an order for these items, and we will source stock within the indicated timeframe, after which your order will be dispatched promptly.

Delays and Lead Times

  • If there is going to be a longer delay than stated, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • For lead time inquiries on specific items, especially those marked as stocked in an external warehouse, please contact us at info@fusionise.co.uk, and we will provide accurate information before you place your order.

Why Some Items Take Longer

While we work hard to stock a wide range of products, it is not always feasible to always have every single item in stock. Rare or highly specialized products may take additional time to source due to supplier availability or overseas shipping delays.

Our Commitment

Despite occasional challenges, we are committed to fulfilling all orders in a timely fashion. If unexpected delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide alternatives where possible.

Thank you for choosing Fusionise Ltd. If you have any questions about stock availability or lead times, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Delivery

Fusionise Ltd operates from our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities, where we maintain a large stock of high-demand products (“fast movers”). While we aim to keep a wide variety of products in stock, some items with lower demand may require a 7-10 day or 14-day lead time to restock before shipping.

We utilize trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri and DPD, to ensure timely and reliable deliveries throughout the UK.

Risk of Loss

Fusionise Ltd’s responsibility for delivery ceases once the product is handed over to the carrier. From that point, title and all risks of loss or damage transfer to the customer. Fusionise Ltd cannot be held liable for:

  • Damage to products resulting from misuse after delivery.
  • Damage to personal property caused by improper use of our products.

Undelivered Products

If your order has not been delivered, please note:

  • A 15-business-day waiting period is required before Fusionise Ltd will resend the product or process a cancellation, at the discretion of the company and upon the customer’s request.
  • During this period, we will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve any shipping issues.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide excellent service. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact our customer service team.

Terms of Limited Warranty

Fusionise Ltd provides a limited warranty to the original customer purchasing products directly from Fusionise Ltd. This warranty ensures that all products sold by Fusionise Ltd will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function.

  • Fusionise Ltd, at its sole discretion, will:
    • Repair the defective product.
    • Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent item.
    • Provide a credit or refund, equal to either the original purchase price or the product’s fair market value, whichever is lower.
  • Fusionise Ltd reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts to fulfil warranty obligations.

Exclusions from Warranty

The Limited Warranty applies only to defects arising from normal use and does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product.
  • Alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Problems caused by electrical power fluctuations or outages.
  • Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from acts of nature (e.g., floods, lightning, earthquakes).
  • Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Fusionise Ltd or an authorized service provider.

Implied Warranties

Fusionise Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond the terms explicitly stated in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except for the assurance that the product is suitable for use in the machine for which it is designed.

Warranty Claims

  • All claims must be made within 14 days from the original date of shipment from Fusionise Ltd premises. Fusionise Ltd will have no liability for warranty claims submitted after this period.
  • Claims must include proof of purchase and, where applicable, details of the defect or issue.

Fusionise Ltd’s Discretion

Fusionise Ltd retains the right to:

  • Repair or replace the product.
  • Issue a refund or credit based on the lower of the original purchase price or the fair market value of the product.
  • Use functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts to address defects.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to use and maintain products in accordance with provided instructions. Improper use or failure to follow guidance may void the warranty.

Limitations

Fusionise Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, and expressly disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, conformity to models or samples, or any warranties or indemnities against intellectual property infringement.

In no event shall Fusionise Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Any disputes arising out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein (customer disputes) shall be governed in accordance with English law. Claims against Fusionise Ltd for shortages must be submitted within three (3) business days after receipt of the shipment; otherwise, they will be deemed waived.

WEEE – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

At Fusionise Ltd, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). To support proper recycling and disposal, we offer the following services:

  • Take-Back Policy

We accept WEEE products at our premises on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis free of charge. This means you can return an old product of the same type when purchasing a new one from us.

  • Important Disposal Guidelines
    • Do Not Bin WEEE: WEEE, batteries, and light bulbs can be harmful to the environment if disposed of in regular household waste. These items contain hazardous substances and valuable materials that should be safely recycled or recovered.
    • Use Civic Amenity Sites: WEEE and waste batteries can also be brought to your local civic amenities site for free disposal. These sites are designed to handle WEEE responsibly and in compliance with environmental regulations.

Why Proper Disposal Matters

  • Environmental Protection: Proper disposal prevents harmful chemicals from leaching into soil and water, reducing pollution.
  • Resource Recovery: Recycling WEEE helps recover valuable raw materials such as metals and plastics, which can be reused in manufacturing.

Thank you for helping us contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. If you have any questions about returning WEEE items or finding a suitable recycling facility, please contact our customer service team.
